A Lifelong Passion
César Molpeceres Jr. started working at La Brasa, consolidating a lifelong love for cooking that had started by the stove, nourished by his grandmothers.
2017
A New Generation
La Brasa changed hands when César Molpeceres Jr. took over the family business and started running the restaurant following his father’s advice.

St. Vicent
We want to honor the tradition that brought us here by expanding to the United States so that we can take our cuisine further and offer a uniquely Spanish experience.

Mission
We want for St. Vicent to become a reference point for everything Spanish in the area, so that people feel like they can visit our country for a night. We plan to promote Spanish cuisine and to extend an invitation to every costumer to further explore our culture after leaving the restaurant.
Future Vision
In time, we would like to become a benchmark for Spanish culture and cuisine in the United States. However, the heart of the business will never change: a respect for tradition that leads us to push the envelope.
Our Values
We believe in honoring the recipes that brought us here and that made me fall in love with cooking in the first place: authentic, traditional food. But we also think that nothing worth pursuing is doable without originality and modernity. And, above all, we base our work on the respect that we feel towards culture and history.
